Terms and conditions governing the use of Enviro Leak Detection Specialists services.
1. Services
Enviro Leak Detection Specialists provides water leak detection services using non-intrusive diagnostic technology. Our services include site assessments, detection surveys and written reports.
2. Free Assessments
Free site assessments are provided without obligation. If a full detection survey is recommended following a free assessment, a separate quotation will be provided in writing before any chargeable work begins.
3. Quotations and Fees
All quotations are provided in writing. Fees become payable upon completion of the survey. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
4. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not related to our detection activities.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
